DSIRE-Database of State Incentives for Renewable Energy DSIRE is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility, and federal incentives that promote renewable energy and energy efficiency. The main DSIRE Web site is updated each week with the addition of new programs and the verification of or changes to existing programs. On average, about 60 programs each month are verified or updated through contact with program administrators and other stakeholders throughout the U.S.
